Hello There, I’m Rhianna Farris
Photographer
Surprise! I am the person you'll be seeing behind the camera on your special days.
First of all, thank you so much for taking time to learn a little bit about me! I am all about capturing the things that make life beautifully special: laughter that wasn't posed, windblown hair, light peeking through trees, and the kind of photos that feel like memories. (not to get all poetic on you)
Photography, to me, is meant to make you feel something. Whether that's capturing those moments with your special someone, documenting your life in a cinematic way, or even just bringing out your creative side! I want your photos and videos to look and feel like you. It is important to me that all my clients have their vision brought to life, because at the end of the day, these are physical memorials you carry with you forever.
My approach

My goal is to capture moments that feel like they’re pulled straight from a movie — cinematic, intentional, and full of life.
For couples, think The Notebook.
For portraits, think main character energy.
Every photo I take is meant to tell a story you can feel. When it comes to editing style — whether it’s vintage, warm, moody, or something in between — I believe each session has its own direction. With the right communication (and a little bit of pixie dust), we can bring any vision to life.

Kind words from
Morgan F.
“Rhianna was one of the best photographers I have experienced. From having thought out poses and overall giving an amazing experience. In love with the style of her editing. Definitely will be getting her to do future photographs!”
A little bit about me
Born and raised in southwest Virginia, I've always had a thing for small towns and the feeling they bring of community. A lot of my family grew up in a little place called Grundy, Virginia. If you know where I'm talking about, we probably both know somebody who knows somebody.
If you're curious as to why I have a special place in my heart for photos, it brings me back to Grundy, actually. My dad was from there. We made a lot of memories in that place between hunting, four wheeling, and just listening to music. My dad unexpectedly passed away in 2019. I find myself looking through those photos more than anything else when I need to go back in time for a minute.
That is what I want for you. Those special things you want to freeze and encapsulate forever.
